Return Policy

At TBooks, we strive to provide you with high-quality books and a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • Certain items, such as e-books, audiobooks, and other digital content, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@tbooks.live with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Once your return is approved, securely package the item(s) and send them to the address provided by our customer support team. Please include the RAN in your package.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

 

5. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, providing details of the issue and, if possible, photographs of the damage or defect.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tbooks.live

 

7. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
